Adobe Releases Photoshop Lightroom 2

Since the beta version of Photoshop Lightroom 2 was released late in April 2008, Adobe now has officially released the product. Photoshop Lightroom 2 contains many new features like dual-monitor support, extensible architecture including the ones listed below;

Local adjustment brush
Enhanced organizational tools
Volume management
Multiple monitor support
Flexible print package functionality
Streamlined Photoshop CS3 integration
Enhanced output sharpening
64-bit support for Windows® and Mac OS

The price for this release is USD$299 for new users with an upgrade price of USD$99 for registered users of qualifying Lightroom customers.
