You can get rid of this kind of virus following a few troubleshooting tips and some other guide lines.

This article will let you know about how to remove the “Orkut is banned” virus

For this, first you need to launch the task manager and this can be done by hitting the “Ctrl+Alt+Delete” buttons and then select the “Processes” tab. You will find a list of programs running on your computer.

Now search the svhost.exe process and you will get more than one with that process name. You need to choose the one with user name of your computer and then hit the “End process” to end them. Once you finish this process, you can close the task manager.

Next choose the “Edit” option on the menu top and go to the “Find type” option so as to get the search box. Now enter “heap41a” and then hit “Enter”. You will be provided with a file like: [winlogon] C:\heap41a\svchost.exe C:\heap(some number)\std.txt.
